We are conveniently located in Manteo N.C. Thomas Shannon Miller is a licensed USCG Captain with 20 years experience in commercial, tournament, and sport fishing in the Outer Banks.

The second the "Blood Vessel" leaves the dock, Capt. Miller's goal is to "Load the Box"! You'll find the "Blood Vessel" crew as eager as you are to get "In the Meat"! We guarantee not 100% but 110% effort on our part to give you a satisfying trip.
